Who We're Looking For

DisputeVoice is currently seeking to connect with individuals who had financial dealings with any of the following people or Miami-area businesses:

Individuals:

  • Eyad Abbas (Miami, Florida)
  • Blake Evertsen (Miami, Florida)
  • Dustin Boudreau (Miami, Florida)

Associated Companies:

  • Empower Cosmetics (Miami, FL)
  • Empower Consulting Partners (Miami, FL)
  • Evertsen Equity (Miami, FL)

If you invested money, paid for services, entered a business arrangement, or had any other financial relationship with these individuals or entities — and something went wrong — we want to hear from you.

Why We're Doing This

When one person files a complaint, it can be easy to dismiss. When multiple people report similar experiences with the same individuals or companies, patterns emerge — and those patterns matter to law enforcement.

We are organizing affected individuals for the purpose of:

  1. Documenting what happened — Creating a clear, factual record of each person's experience
  2. Identifying patterns — Connecting people who may have had similar experiences
  3. Supporting coordinated IC3 filings — Helping victims file complaints with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center

What Is the IC3?

The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a division of the FBI that collects reports of suspected internet-facilitated criminal activity. When you file with the IC3:

  • Your complaint is reviewed by trained analysts
  • Information is shared with federal, state, local, and international law enforcement
  • Patterns across multiple complaints can trigger investigation

The IC3 receives hundreds of thousands of complaints each year. When multiple victims report the same individuals or companies, it strengthens the case for investigation.

You can file an IC3 complaint on your own at any time at ic3.gov. However, coordinated filings from multiple victims — with organized documentation and a clear timeline — can be more impactful.

What Experiences Are We Looking For?

We want to hear from you if you experienced any of the following in connection with Eyad Abbas, Blake Evertsen, Dustin Boudreau, Empower Cosmetics, Empower Consulting Partners, or Evertsen Equity:

  • You paid money and did not receive what was promised
  • You invested in a business opportunity that did not materialize
  • You were given misleading information about returns, partnerships, or business arrangements
  • You were unable to recover funds after requesting a refund
  • Communication stopped after you sent money
  • You were pressured into financial decisions without adequate documentation

If any of this sounds familiar, your experience may be relevant.

What Happens If I Come Forward?

When you share your story with DisputeVoice:

  1. We listen. You'll have the opportunity to describe what happened in your own words.
  2. We document. We help you organize your experience into a clear, factual account.
  3. We connect. If others come forward with similar experiences, we can help facilitate coordinated action.
  4. We support IC3 filing. We provide guidance on how to file an effective complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Your information is kept confidential unless you choose to make it public.

You Are Not Alone

If you lost money to Eyad Abbas, Blake Evertsen, Dustin Boudreau, or any of their associated Miami-area companies — Empower Cosmetics, Empower Consulting Partners, or Evertsen Equity — you may feel embarrassed, isolated, or unsure whether anyone will believe you.

We've spoken with people in similar situations. The silence benefits those who caused the harm. Speaking up — even privately — is the first step toward accountability.
